No modification to head size or body proportion will be permitted once production commences.
Reasonable adjustments are only allowed before final finishing.

What happens after ordering?

We review your uploaded photographs within two business days. If another angle is needed, the studio will contact you before production begins. You receive a portrait preview before the final fibers are secured.

Worldwide shipping and timing

Production usually takes 3‑5 weeks after your reference photographs are approved. Tracked delivery usually takes another 7‑15 business days. Total lead time is approximately 4‑8 weeks from order placement to delivery. Rates appear at checkout; destination customs duties may apply. Read the shipping policy.

Custom order returns

Each portrait is personalized and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or differs from the approved commission. No changes to head size or body proportions can be made once production begins. Read the refund policy.

Care

Keep the work dry and out of prolonged direct sunlight. Remove occasional surface dust with a gentle air blower.
