Processing Time: 3‑5 weeks for handmade creation after reference photos are confirmed.

Shipping Time: 7‑15 business days for international delivery.

Total lead time: Approximately 4‑8 weeks from order placement to delivery.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Buyers are responsible for any import customs duties and local taxes.

Monthly commission slots are limited to 20 orders. Once slots are full, new orders will be temporarily closed until next month opens.
