Shipping destinations and rates

Warm Felt Studio ships handmade pet portraits to destinations that are available at checkout. The exact shipping service and charge are shown before payment. If no shipping rate appears for your address, please email warmfeltstudio@gmail.com before ordering.

Production time

Every portrait is handmade from your approved reference photos. Production normally takes 2–3 weeks after photo approval. Complex or multi-pet commissions may require additional time; we will contact you if the schedule changes.

Delivery estimates

Tracked international delivery normally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather and local holidays can cause delays outside our control.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information is sent when your order ships. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping charge.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility unless they are collected at checkout. Customs charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us within 7 days at warmfeltstudio@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging while we review the carrier claim and arrange the appropriate remedy.
