Choose photos that show their character

The best portrait starts with clear, natural reference photographs. You can upload one required primary image and up to two additional images on every commission product page.

Primary photo

• Use a sharp, well-lit image taken at your pet's eye level.
• Choose a photo that clearly shows the expression you want us to capture.
• Avoid heavy filters, strong shadows, motion blur and cropped ears.

Helpful additional views

• Include a side or three-quarter view for head and body proportions.
• Show the back, tail, paws and any distinctive markings for full-body commissions.
• Add a close-up if the eyes, nose, coat texture or collar has an important detail.

Before you upload

Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 20 MB per file. If we need another angle after reviewing your order, we will email you before production begins.
